    Key Media SRL is the legal entity that owns and operates the BaseFun brand and Services (hereinafter referred to as "BaseFun", "we", "us", "our").

    These Terms govern your access to and use of:

    • BaseFun mobile applications
    • All games, tournaments, features, virtual items, premium memberships, forums and related services

    (collectively referred to as the "Services").

    By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    2. Changes to the Terms

    Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    3. Account Registration & Security

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
    • All activity under your account
    • Ensuring your account is not shared

    4. One Account Rule

    Each player may hold only one account.

    Creating multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay, rankings, or virtual items is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

    5. Fair Play Policy

    Users must compete fairly. Prohibited actions include:

    • Collusion with other players
    • Intentional loss for benefit of another account
    • Exploiting system bugs
    • Artificially inflating scores
    • Delaying games intentionally
    • Repeated disconnections to influence outcomes

    Sanctions may include:

    • Removal of points or virtual items
    • Suspension of Premium access
    • Account suspension or permanent termination

    6. Acceptable Conduct

    You may not:

    • Post abusive, hateful, racist, or sexually explicit content
    • Harass or threaten other users
    • Promote illegal activity
    • Upload malware
    • Spam or disrupt the Services
    • Violate intellectual property rights
    • Impersonate others

    We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content within the Services is owned or licensed by BaseFun and protected by law.

    You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written consent.

    8. Virtual Items (Points, Jokers, Premium)

    Virtual items:

    • Have no real-world monetary value
    • Are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted
    • Are non-refundable except where required by law

    You purchase a limited, revocable license to use them within the game.

    9. Account Closure & Deletion

    You may request closure of your BaseFun account at any time.

    A. Via Mobile Application

    You may initiate account deletion directly within the mobile app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account

    B. By Contacting Support

    If you cannot access your account, you may request deletion by contacting: basefun.com/en/support

    You may be required to verify your identity before deletion is completed.

    What Happens After Deletion

    • Access to the Services will be permanently disabled
    • Your profile and gameplay data will be deleted or anonymized
    • Any unused Virtual Items will be forfeited and are non-refundable
    • Certain data may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or legitimate business purposes

    Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

    10. Service Availability

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

    We may modify or discontinue features at any time without liability.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaseFun is not liable for:

    • Data loss
    • Device damage
    • Actions of other users
    • Indirect or consequential damages
    • Service interruptions beyond our control

    12. No Gambling

    BaseFun provides entertainment games only.

    There is no real-money gambling, betting, or cash withdrawal functionality.

    14. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

    14.1 Payment Processing

    All payments for Virtual Items, Premium memberships, subscriptions, and other paid features are processed through authorized third-party payment providers (such as app stores or payment processors).

    By making a purchase, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate billing information
    • Authorize us (or our payment partners) to charge the applicable fees
    • Pay all applicable taxes where required

    All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may include or exclude taxes depending on jurisdiction.

    14.2 Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Users)

    By purchasing Virtual Items, Premium access, or any digital content, you expressly agree that:

    • The digital content is delivered immediately after purchase.
    • You lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the performance of the digital content has begun.

    If delivery of the digital content has not yet started, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

    14.3 Refund Policy

    Except where required by applicable law:

    • All purchases are final.
    • Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and are non-refundable.
    • Unused Virtual Items are forfeited upon account deletion.

    Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in situations involving:

    • Technical errors
    • Unauthorized transactions
    • Duplicate charges

    We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any refund.

    If a purchase was made via a third-party platform (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), refund requests must be made directly through that platform and are subject to their policies.

    14.4 Subscriptions & Premium Memberships

    If you purchase a subscription:

    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
    • You may cancel at any time via your account settings or the relevant app store platform.
    • Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not result in a refund for the current billing period, unless required by law.

    Access to Premium features continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
